The OPC Process® was created by two Swedish consultants Bengt-Arne Svennberg and Kent Fälth. Today the consultancy firm OPC Svenska AB has over 25 years experience of educational and developmental issues in business and organizations. All staff are used to working with large groups and run sessions for all levels - top down, bottom up and cross functionally. The company also has extensive management experience from large educational and commercial organizations.
